Jefferies Women’s Initiative (jWIN), Jefferies Network of Black and Latino Employees (J-NOBLE), jMosaic+ (Jefferies LGBTQ+ community) and jVETS (Jefferies Military Veterans Group) are excited to announce the launch of our Inclusive Insights - Equity Research Mentorship and Development Program.
We invite diverse students in the Class of 2024 to apply for the opportunity to participate in a ten-month program focused on mentorship, on-going training and professional development, and an exploration of a career in Equity Research. Successful applicants will be invited to interview for a 2023 US Equity Research summer internship at the end of the program.
Include your resume along with an essay/personal statement (500 words or less) on the following topic: Tell us about a leader (from any point in history) that you admire and why.
Applications submitted without a response to the essay question will not be considered. Please be sure to include your name on your essay.
Application Timeline
- Submit your application by May 28, 2021
- Finalists will be notified and provided additional details by June 7, 2021
- Programming will begin June 23, 2021
