Jefferies 2021 Corporate Departments - Diversity Symposium

Jefferies Women’s Initiative (jWIN), Jefferies Network of Black and Latino Employees (J-NOBLE), jMosaic+ (Jefferies LGBTQ+ community), J-Asia (Jefferies Employees of Asian Heritage) and jVETS (Jefferies Military Veterans Group) are excited to invite driven individuals to spend an immersive day with us. We will provide the opportunity for diverse students in the Class of 2023 and 2024 to meet professionals across the Corporate Departments and experience a day in the life at a Global Investment Bank.

Symposium will be held virtually via Zoom

Apply by September 26, 2021:

Include your resume along with an essay/personal statement (300 words or less) on the following topic: As a college student, how have you fostered an inclusive environment?. Your answer may include examples from your school, work or personal life. 

We accept all majors, though STEM preferred. Some of the opportunities available may include Information Technology, Operations, Risk and Finance/Controllers.

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to:

• Attend an Analyst/Associate panel to hear insights about their experience at Jefferies
• Meet with Senior Management to learn about their time in the industry
• Meet with professionals from our Jefferies’ Employee Resource Groups
• Be considered for an interview for a 2022 summer internship in the Corporate Departments
