Jefferies Network of Black and Latino Employees (J-NOBLE) is excited to invite diverse students to apply to learn more about a career within Investment Banking at Jefferies. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to:

  • Connect with Analysts to understand why they chose Jefferies and financial services
  • Hear about a day in the life of investment bankers at Jefferies
  • Receive networking and interviewing advice from our Campus Recruiting Team
  • Learn about our commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Training and Culture Initiatives
  • Participate in an accelerated interview process  for a 2024 summer internship
