J-NOBLE – Jefferies Network of Black and Latino Employees – is excited to invite the Next Generation of young professionals to apply to spend an immersive day with us. We will provide the opportunity for diverse students in the Classes of 2022 and 2023 to meet professionals across divisions and experience a day in the life at a Global Investment Bank.

Include your resume along with an essay/personal statement (300 words or less) on the following topic:
Describe how being a diverse student has shaped you personally and how you believe it will contribute to your professional career.

Applications submitted without a response to the essay question will not be considered. Please be sure to include your name on your essay. Cover letters will not be accepted.

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to:

• Explore Jefferies Summer Internship Opportunities
• Meet with Senior Management to learn about their time in the industry
• Learn about a Day in the Life of Professionals at Jefferies
• Explore the career paths of Non-Finance Majors and how they found their passion for Finance
• Apply for the Fellowship program, a three-year mentor program offering on-going training and an education stipend (class of 2023 only)
• Participate in an accelerated interview process for a 2021 summer internship (class of 2022 only)
