2021 EMEA Information Technology Diversity Symposium

Jefferies Women’s Initiative (jWIN), Jefferies Ethnic Minority Society (JEMS), Jefferies LGBTQ+ community (jMosaic+), Jefferies Employees of Asian Heritage (J-Asia), Jefferies Employees with Disabilities and those who are Neurodiverse (JefAbilities), and Jefferies Military Veterans (jVETS) are excited to invite the next generation of young professionals to apply to spend an immersive virtual afternoon with us on 8 December 2021. We will provide the opportunity for diverse students in the Classes of 2022, 2023 and 2024 to meet professionals across the Information Technology department and experience a day in the life at a global investment bank.

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to:

• Meet with senior management to learn about their time in the industry
• Hear from a panel of Information Technology colleagues about their experience at Jefferies
• Learn about Jefferies’ culture and inclusion initiatives
• Be considered for an interview for a 2022 Summer Internship or Analyst role within Information Technology
