Full Time Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Travel & expense policy data analysis and tracking
  • Develop and assist with implementing ad hoc projects
  • Collecting and organizing information from various sources
  • Identify workflow/system improvements and work with the COO of Corporate Services to enact change
  • Assist with Jefferies charitable matching program
  • Oversee Jefferies internal teambuilding events
  • Corporate Services team liaison for calendar scheduling and meetings
  • Work onsite at several Jefferies events in New York

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • 0-1 years’ experience in Financial Services
  • Strong computer skills with proficient knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Quick learner who is highly motivated and a proactive self-starter
  • Ability to work cohesively in a team, as well as independently
  • Ability to support and “take ownership” of multiple projects and requests simultaneously
  • Superior organization and adaptability skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
