Our global Equity Technology team is building cutting-edge technology solutions spanning across the full spectrum of equity products globally: Cash, Portfolio trading, Algo trading, Central risk book, listed and OTC derivatives, convertible bond, equity swap, and ETF & basket trading covering multi asset sales & trader order management, quantitative trading, real time position and risk management, AI/ML data analytics, trade lifecycle management, and regulatory & customer reporting. Core Responsibilities
- Support the development and enhancement of technology solutions that underpin day‑to‑day equities trading, risk, and post‑trade activities.
- Partner closely with traders, sales, quants, and operations teams to understand requirements and translate them into well‑defined technical deliverables.
- Assist in implementing, testing, and maintaining applications to ensure stability, accuracy, and responsiveness across business workflows.
- Participate in troubleshooting, issue analysis, and incident resolution to help maintain system reliability during market hours.
- Contribute to data analysis, system monitoring, and reporting to support informed decision‑making and process improvement.
- Collaborate with global team members across regions to deliver enhancements and support continuous platform evolution.
- Adhere to development best practices, documentation standards, and internal controls to meet regulatory and operational expectations.
- Continuously build technical and business knowledge through hands‑on delivery, code reviews, and exposure to end‑to‑end system lifecycles.
Desired Qualifications
- Candidates applying for this role should have / be scheduled to graduate from University (i.e.: Bachelor's or Master's degree) between October 2025 – June 2026.
